Product Guarantee

Modbe Clothing guarantees its clothing to be free from damage or manufacturer defect for 60 from date of shipment, as long as the customer follows Modbe's handling instructions.

Refund & Exchange Policy

If you have received a damaged of defective item or if we have shipped the wrong item, we will happily exchange the unwashed or unworn item for the same item at no cost to you.

If you simply change your mind and would like a refund or an exchange, we will provide this to the best of our ability, subject to stock availability. If the item is out of stock, we will offer you a cash refund or an option to exchange for another item of like value. In this instance, you are responsible for the shipping charges for the item(s) being sent back to Modbe Clothing as well as the new merchandise to be sent to you.

Refunds will be issued by original payment method. With regard to Swimwear, Modbe requires that all returned Swimwear items include the plastic bag, the hand tag and the original lining intact.

Please ensure the items sent back are through a traceable and/or insurable method as Modbe Clothing is not responsible for any returned packages not received.

"Sale Items" Exchange & Refund Policy

Sale items are not eligible for a refund. Sale items may, however, be exchanged unless a clearance sale states "No Refund or Exchange", in which case all sales are final. The shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer on all sale items.

"How To" Exchange or Request a Refund

Please just fill out the Return & Exchange Form to be included with your package.
