Our Pledge to You

Modbe guarantees it's clothing to be free from damage or manufacturer defect for the first 60 days from date of order as long as you follow our care instructions. If you receive a damaged or defective item, we will happily exchange the unwashed/unworn item for the same item at no cost.

Important note for swimwear: A Modbe Swim hang tag is attached to every swimwear piece. To ensure that exchanged pieces are returned unwashed and unworn, Modbe requires that all returned swimwear items include the plastic bag and hang tag intact.

Exchange Policy

If you change your mind and decide you don't want a particular item, Modbe is happy to exchange unwashed/unworn clothing within the first 60 days from original date of order. Complete the Return & Exchange Form and send the item(s) you wish to exchange to Modbe. Please allow 10-14 days for processing.

Return Policy

If you want to return an item, we'll happily stand by our products and provide the requested refund within the first 60 days from original date or order. Complete the return & exchange Form and send the item(s) you wish to return to Modbe. Refunds will be issued by original payment method. Please allow 10-14 days for processing.

Modbe reserves the right to refuse returns and exchanges submitted outside of our established guidelines. In addition, some exceptions to the return, exchange and price adjustment policies may apply towards special prices, promotions and sales, including clearance sales, Modbe Monday sales, and seconds sales.
